Detailed Walkthrough

Finding Goldie

After you recruited Nelrene, Tsarrina feels that the complement of the brothel is out of balance, with a Mazken, but no Aureal, so she asks you to do something about it. Your experience of Aureals leads you to believe that they would not easily fit into the prostitute mold, but you ask the girls of the brothel for ideas. Silanu (if you have her already) will tell you to ask at Sanguine's shrine for direction, as if anyone knows the answer, its him. Even if Silanu is not yet in the game, you can still go to the shrine at this stage.

Undies

Sanguine remarkably has just the girl you're looking for in his entourage, but he'd like something in return. The underwear of Ulrene Hlervu, the castle mage in Cheydinhal. The ones she's wearing, just to make it a little harder for you.

Pickpocket

You now have the choice of attempting to pickpocket them from her, or persuade her out of them. The latter option will provide you with further insight into the character of Count Andel Indarys, but you need to get her disposition up high enough first.

You'll find that she's currently wearing thick flannel "passion killer" bloomers, instead of her usual wisp of lace. It appears that the noble Count has a panty fetish. Several women around town will admit that their underwear has gone missing, and some suspect the Count was involved. Ulene asks you to retrive the collection, so she can return them. If you do that, she won't be needing the flannel ones.

Sneak in and find them in a chest behind his bed, and swap them with Ulene for hers.

Sanguine's Shrine

Once you have them, return to the Shrine and exchange them for Goldie's release. Talk to her and persuade her that Gweden has what she needs - male customers.

Notes

• If you talk to the women of Cheydinhal, some of them will have tales of the Count. You'll need to raise their disposition above 60 first, or they won't be telling.
• Garrus Darelliun will also have something to say, although it's not quite what you expect.

10		Tsarrina thinks that if there's a Dark Seducer at the brothel, then there should be a Golden Saint "for balance". I have no idea where I'll find one willing to become a willing sex partner for a mortal, let alone a whore! Maybe one of the girls has an idea.
20		Silanu suggested I petition Sanguine at his shrine for directions. If anyone knows where to find the Golden Saint I need, it will be him.
30		Sanguine has provided me an Aureal from his own entourage! Of course, there's a catch. I have to perform a service for him in return.
40		Ulene has detected me attempting to remove her underwear. I'd better think fast!
50		Ulene has told me about Count Andel Indarys collection of women's panties. If I can find and retrieve them, she'll make sure they get back to the women they were stolen from, including her own, of course. Then I can have the flannel ones for Sanguine.
60		I have found the collection Ulene told me about. I can't believe how many there are!
70		I have Ulene's underwear - I need to take it back to Sanguine's shrine.
80		I have given Sanguine what he asked for, and Goldie is free to leave.. I'd better make sure she wants to come with me!
100	0	Goldie is willing to share the trade at Gweden. We should see her there soon.

Notes

• Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
• Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
• If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
• On the PC, it is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage quest stage. Where quest is the internal name of the quest, and stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
