Kothet is a dead Dremora, who once was given Prizna as a reward for his part in the Siege of Ganonah. When the town (Kvatch) was retaken, he fell out of Mehrunes Dagon's good graces, and reacted by treated her even worse than he usually did. She turned on him and killed him, and she hopes he stays dead.
Prizna believes he does not deserve to be returned, as it is a disgrace to be killed by a mere woman, but she'd like to make sure that he's still dead.
