Octavius Scrotus was once the pimp for Sugar gra-Mazog, until he got greedy and wanted more of her earnings. He tried to force her into revising her contract with him, with the help of his sword, but she pulled out her axe and restated her position, injuring him in the process. While he has subsequently healed, the contract was over, and Sugar has joined the Gweden crew.
Sugar has put the incident behind her, but Octavius continued to bear a grudge.
He took the opportunity to move in to the Drunken Dragon Inn when Andreas Draconis was the victim of a Dark Brotherhood contract, (starting a bordello there,) and that gave him the idea to use the Dark Brotherhood to take revenge on Sugar.
Notes
- You won't find Octavius at the Drunken Dragon Inn. He neglects his side of the deal with the prostitutes, and just spends their rent money in the city.
