Thirty game days after you complete the quest to recover Azura's Crescent, she needs your help again. She sends her Winged Twilight messenger to find you. She'll start looking in the Guildmaster's Quarters.
When she finds you, she'll ask you to visit Moonshadow again for a new task from Azura.
Azura tells you that her guard captain has gone missing. Since she's an immortal Daedra Seducer, she's not really worried for her safety, so much as concerned that she might be having more fun than the Princess. She gives you a scroll, that will help you bring her back.
The captain is in a cave on the main island, not far off the path that spirals down from the portal, near the shore. She went looking for a male imp, as Azura was getting all the action, now that she had her crescent back. It appears that she was captured by them.
There's only one imp in the cave when you get there, guarding the captain. You can sneak past him, or kill him as you choose. The captain will be oblivious to all this, and if you try to talk to her, will just stare blankly and not respond.
You need to use the scroll that Azura gave you to make the captain follow you. She won't be any more responsive, but will tag along while you return to Azura at the Moonshadow hall.
When the captain is close enough to Azura, the Daedric Princess will dispel the enchantment that's been controlling her, and reward you with a Greater Power that lets you summon the captain, whose name is Drelka.
Talking to Drelka gets you a second rescue mission. The boss Imp had her lock the Queen in her quarters, and drove out the other drones. She gives you the key, and asks you to let the Queen back out. Azura will concur with her request, as the imp keep down the rat and mudcrab populations on the island.
When you get back to the cave, the other males have returned, five of them. You can sneak past them, or fight your way through, but once you open the gate to the Queen's chamber, they'll stop being aggressive. Any fights you already started may continue, however.
Go back to Azura for a further reward of the key to the guest-house, on the adjacent Island. A Winged Twilight attendant, of the opposite sex to the player, comes with it.
