Timo is a Nord who visits the Riders' Lodge to offer recharging services to the girls. Nudge, Nudge, know what I mean. When he's not there, he may be found at Lyra Rosentia's house in town. Presumably she needs recharging, too.
He wears a blue and green middle class outfit and quilted shoes, and carries a Fine Steel Dagger.

Notes
- He only stays overnight at the Lodge when he's "busy".
- If none of the riders is stopping by, Gudrun may keep him in training.
- The only enchanted items the girls use are part of their armor. They're still glad he's offering services.
