Travel to Leyawiin and hear a rumor that Rosentia has a second shadow.
If you have completed the quest Whom Gods Annoy then you will find that the Everscamps have been replaced by Rosentia's niece Virgilia Sentus, and Rosentia does not think she's much better off. Rosentia would like a bit of male company, and Virgilia is limiting her opportunities.
If you talk to Virgilia, she admit that life is dull, and she'd like to go adventuring with you. She dresses for it in a most impractical suit of heavy armor, that offers a lot of decorative exposure, but little protection.
She specifically mentions Barren Mine as a place she's been told about, and marks it on your map.
Travel with Virgilia to Barren Mine, which is not far from Leyawiin on the Eastern side of the Niben. Since her armor is so inadequate, she will quickly be knocked unconscious by the Goblins, but she is marked essential during this part of the quest. Once she is knocked out, you will get a message that this has tempered her enthusiasm for adventuring.
Return to town with her; she remains essential until you get back
Back in town talk to Virgilia again. She'll tell you that she doesn't like goblins at all, and that she won't ask you to go there again. But if adventuring isn't fun, what will she do? Now is the time to turn the conversation to more intimate possibilities.
She'll tell you that her parents would not leave her enough slack to get laid in Imperial City, and sent her down here to the safe keeping of her Aunt Rosentia. Once you explain that Rosentia isn't trying to hold her back - rather the opposite - then she'll ask you to clarify with her mother, Ovidia.
Ovidia is now married to Viator Accius of Stonewall Shields. You'll find her above the shop in the private quearters. She calls Viator an old prude, and tells you she sent Virgilia to Leyawiin to give her a chance to develop without his interference. She thinks Virgilia becoming a whore would be a fit joke on her husband, and says she'd join you too, if she wasn't getting too old for it.
Back in Leyawiin tell Virgila what her mother said. She'll tell you that she and Rosentia have been making up for lost time, and "exhausted the supply" in Leyawiin. Send her off to Gweden
