Detailed Walkthrough

Wake Up

Soon after the Main Quest is completed, and you are Champion of Cyrodiil, when you are sleeping comfortably in your own home, you will be awakened by a complaining Sigorny. She's not getting enough, only twice a week, and she's used to nightly, if not more. It's just not fair, or rather, it's too fair. She needs more than her share, and she knows the other two girls do as well.

You decide to ask Dro'Shanna for ideas again, and she directs you to Ri'Shathra to find out what kept the girls content before. He'll tell you that they were erotic instructors for Dibella, but nobody will be able to find them way in the back of beyond, to visit for their services.

Handbills

The answer is advertising, so you head off to the offices of the Black Horse Courier in the Imperial City to ask Ra'Jiradh there about getting some handbills printed. They'd be happy to do that for you, if only they had some ink. All theirs has been stolen.

Ink

It wasn't normal ink, but a new luminous ink that lets you read in the dark. They had been sent a batch to try, and were happy enough with it to cancel their order for regular ink and use the new stuff. But before they could print a full edition, it was stolen.

You ask Claudette Perrick about getting a supply of normal ink. She usually acts as agent for the suppliers of the ink from Black Marsh (where the gum in the ink is grown), but the cave they use to transfer the ink has been taken over by Marauders, and without an order, she hasn't paid the Fighters' Guild to evict them.

So you ask at the Arcane University about the magical ink, figuring it might have come from them. Julienne Fanis enthuses about it, but admits she doesn't have the recipe, as it was sent in anonymously to them for testing, and their supply disappeared at the same time the Courier lost theirs. A Mage Apprentice has also gone missing, and is suspected of being the thief. Garlas Amanda has been mentioned as a possible destination for him.

Retrieval

Now you have locations for both supplies of ink, you need to choose one of them and go fetch. The normal ink has a Marauder guard, and the magical variety has one of Necromancers. Pick your enemy. Once you have some ink, take it to Ra'Jiradh at the Courier and wait a day while he prints the news, and then he'll get round to your handbills.

Take them back to Ri'Shathra for your reward of his-and-hers Rings of Endurance.

Journal Entries

Warrior Nuns revisited (WN02)
Stage Finishes Quest Journal Entry
10 I was woken by Sigorny, who was once a warrior nun of Dibella, before the Oblivion Gates were closed. She asked me if I would help her and her sister acolytes with their problem, as I had done for Ri'Shathra, their master. Perhaps Dro'Shanna has another idea to help me.
20 Dro'Shaana thinks the girls need to get back to what they were doing before the Oblivion crisis, as they presumably had no problems then. I hope she's right! I should ask Ri'Shathra about it.
30 Ri'Shathra explained to me about the erotic instruction, and the acolytes' part in it. I got the impression that it was exactly what they needed to be doing again, and the only problem was that nobody knew about the nunnery. I should ask at the Black Horse Courier offices about handbills.
40 Ra;jiradh would gladly print handbills for us, if only had the ink. It seems that he was trying a new magical ink you could read in the dark, but it was stolen. The regular ink shipment had been canceled, and now he has none of either variety. Claudette Perick at the Gilded Carafe was the agent who imported the regular ink, so I'll ask her about getting some more.
50 There is more of the regular ink in a cave near the border with Black Marsh but the cave has been taken over by bandits. Claudette Perrick would usually have hired the Fighter's Guild to evict them, but without an order for the ink, she's not inclined to spend the gold. I could go and do that for her, or I could ask at the Arcane University about the magic ink. Maybe that will be easier to obtain.
60 Julienne Fanis at the Arcane University told me that the magical ink had been sent to them for study by an anonymous alchemist. They only had a modest supply, and it had disappeared with one of the apprentices a few days ago. It's likely he was also the thief who stole the supply from the Black Horse Courier. Someone had heard him mention Garlas Amanda shortly before his disappearance, so maybe that's where he took it?
65 I have retrieved the ink from Marshwood Cave. I should take it back to the Black Horse Courier Offices.
66 I have retrieved the ink from Garlas Amanda. I should take it back to the Black Horse Courier Offices.
70 Ra'jiradh has his ink, and he can print the handbills. Of course, he has to print the Courier first, so they won't be done until tomorrow.
80 I need to return to the Offices of the Black Horse Courier to see if those handbills have been printed yet.
90 I have the handbills, I should take them back to the Nunnery so the girls can start distribution.
100 I gave the handbills to Ri'Shathra. I hope the girls will put some clothes on before they go round to the taverns and hand them out. On second thoughts, maybe they'll get more business if they don't!
