A mashup of the Hammerfell garb, and the steel plate armour for the male, and a skimpy version for the female, with parts of the Alik'r Dancer outfit where needed. The mod also provides a helmet derived from the Guard's helmet with an Alik'r twist, and a slightly remodelled Scimitar you can smith for yourself.
The Redguard Steel Plate, and helm, and the Scimitar can be made at any forge with the Advanced Armors Perk, as they are equivalent to the regular Steel Plate items, and count as such for the Heavy Armor Matching Set perk. The recipes are a little different, requiring a Linen Wrap (for the cloak), some Leather, but a bit less Steel. The Scimitar is made like a steel sword, but substitutes Corundum for Iron. The Scimitar could be tempered in the base game and the requirement has not been changed (one Steel ingot, Steel perk).

Drop the contents of the archive into the Data folder, or use BAIN.
New releases add constructible content, so if you upgrade, you can't make the new items without starting a new game.
Use BAIN to remove the mod.

Since this is still in development, do not fix anything yourself, but notify me so I can do it for everyone, and make sure it's in future releases. You may translate the mod into other languages, but if you do so, preserve the version number, so that users know if there's later content in the English version. Be careful when using meshes from the mod, as some are other people's work and you may need to check with the author to see what permissions are applicable.
Do not upload this anywhere else. I won't be maintaining updates on multiple sites, and I don't want old versions being used.
