Skyrim: Dremora Housecarl

It's all about the view

When you build the Tower, you get a Spell Tome that teaches you to summon one of three types of Dremora Housecarl, Male, Female, or Sexy Female (skimpier outfits). The skills of the housecarl are adjusted to suit the summoning player's own attributes as follows:

This determination is performed each time you summon the housecarl, so if the player's style changes, the housecarl's will also do so.

The body armor comes at three levels. The basic low-level armour is a leather kilt, to which is added a steel cuirass at the medium level. The higher level is visually the same as Daedric Armour, and is the same as is worn by other Dremora in the game. The steel boots and gauntlets are replaced by Dremora Daedric at higher levels. Since the levels for the upgrades are not the same for each item, there are multiple possible combinations of equipment. The mage robes have the same visual appearance at each level for the Male and regular Female housecarls, although the enchantments scale with their level. The skimpy robes get skimpier as levels increase.

All Dremora Housecarls have the same resistance to fire that a Dunmer has.

You can't give your housecarl new equipment, but once you've levelled up, you can re-cast to get better equipment, perks and spells. Your housecarl will not carry things for you, and is perhaps more aggressive than a human housecarl. They don't really like to sneak, either.
