Meija is a full-time trainer of riding bears. She lives at the Dead Man's Drink tacvern in Falkreath, and keeps any bear she's currently training behind the tavern.
Her outfit is adapted to her occupation. The bears would prefer that their riders be totally naked, but it is more practical to wear something padded, or even armoured, wherever the bear permits. Until the bear is completely trained, it is likely to run through bushes and tress, and the rider does need some protection from the branches. Meija also has to consider how little she can wear and not get arrested.
