Argonian Hearthfires

After releasing the Orc mod, I thought that there were other races that deserved custom housing, and Argonians came next. Their aquatic abilities suggested an underwater entrance, at least, and a suitable site was the submerged ruin in Lake Ilinata. It just needed a door added behind the rubble (which you would be able to clear) and the whole home could then be underground, with a second entrance on land, hidden in a hollow tree.

Following the precedent set by Orc Hearthfires requiring you to complete a quest for the Orcs at Largashbur, I made this one depend on rescuing Derkeethus, and returning the Lexicon for From-Deepest-Fathoms. After that, you deserve a home.

The idea of clearing rubble with a pickaxe came from Arthmoor's Castle Volkihar mod, but my variation on the mining scripts retains the "ore" rewards, which can be bottles, iron ore, or other materials for the construction. Bottles can be re-used to make glass, so you don't need to buy it. The rubble-clearing process replaces the building construction, but then furnishing is the same as regular homes.

There was enough land space for a stone quarry, and log pile, and iron and corundum can be mined locally. Clay is plentiful, too, so I didn't need to add any of those.

The readme has not been updated, so references to the Nexus site are obsolete. This is now the only legitimate source.

The mod is packaged as a BAIN archive, because I use Wrye Bash. That is compatible with other mod managers, but may require some extra work. I will NOT ve re-packaging any of my mods for other managers, especialy not Nexus ones.
