This mod is for AE only. The Creation Club added the Golden Saint and Dark Seducer races, and this makes them, and the Dremora, playable. I.e. you can use these races in chcaracter creation. It is built upon a mod by i3ncore, who requires permission for expansion, so this will be kept private for now. I may extract the Dremora stuff as a separate mod, once I get my problems with the Saints and Seducers sorted in the original. For now, I need something to use myself.
Since none of the NPC's (other than one Golden Saint) ever took off their helmet, the two cc races had only one choice of hair. I wanted them to use all the Human options (best fit for the head) and added the cc races to the appropriate form lists. And while I was fiddling with things, I changed the Seducers' skin to be a bit more blue, a problem in the original cc files that the mod didn't address. I wanted the blue spots back on the helm, too. If it turns out that there's nothing left of the other mod that isn't obvious, (like checking 'playable'), then I'll release mine.
The Dremora are a bit more complex, as they need horns added into the hair options. Most of my work seems to be making those. Rather than find a way to separate the horns, I'm choosing to adapt hair around the standard Dremora horns made for the male. There will be new horns, but they'll be in the same place on the head, and probably get combined with the same hair meshes.
Dremora also have glowing eyes (at least, mine do), so they have an eye mesh that includes the glow in the base texture property. A texture override can't change the type of mapping, just the individual textures.
