Jokull is a Nord merchant who's brought a bear with him from Skyrim to deliver to Claudia, the latest recruit for the Imperial Mountain Riders. On an earlier trip, he had an amulet stolen from him by a local Ogre, and he wants it back.
Notes
- The ogre is still in the vicinity of the cave, and has the amulet.
- Because Jokull is a merchant, you can sell goods to him to raise the fee for the bear delivery.
