Marcel is a Breton, and younger brother to the unfortunate Francois, who is forced to flee Chorrol in the Dark Brotherhood quest. He moves in a week after his brother leaves, and stays in the house except when he visits Gweden, which is weekly on Tirdas. He is marked essential (the brothel having few customers, can't afford to lose any!)
