A small cave near the borders of Skyrim and Hammerfell. Its layout is the same as Boreal Stone Cave but there is no water.
Bear with me: A recruit needs her bear.
Valus Passage is a cave in the Valus Mountains, occupied by the Mythic Dawn. It was once a smugglers' tunnel through to Morrowind, but it collapsed. There are three zones, all called Valus Passage.
Dawn in the Valus Mountains: Rescue Ystrel again.
The door at A leads to the outside, and a trapdoor at B takes you down to the next zone.
The Mythic Dawn guard has a bedroll at b and there is a chest nearby at c.
The ladder at B leads to zone 1. A zig-zag passage down leads to a dead end with a lever that opens a rock door a little way back along the passage. Through this is a cave area with a Mythic Dawn guard and two Acolytes. In a side-chamber off the passage leading from the cave is another Acolyte who has the key to the door at the end of the passage at C, which leads to the final zone.
This zone contains most of the Mythic Dawn, in the various rooms along the passage. The large chamber at the end has a raised platform with an altar and a statue of Dagon. During the Dawn in the Valus quest, Ystrel will be unconscious on the altar, being readied as a sacrifice.
Her armor and sword are in a chest in front of the altar. You cannot open the chest, but activating it after awakening Ystrel, will make her come and take the contents.
A small ruin somewhere outside Tamriel, accessible only through the portal in the Practice Rooms basement in the Arcane University.
Trap Demonstration: Watch the fireworks
The door at A is the entrance from the basement of the Practice rooms at the Arcane University. This is also the only exit until a portal is opened to Mehrunes Dagon's Deadlands.
The switch in the wall at s operates the pillar enclosing the Dark Welkynd trap in the middle of the chamber. It also closes and locks the gate at the entrance to it whenever the pillar is open.
The Mage Apprentice Eugenie has a bedroll at b but it is not marked as owned.
