A Trip to Falkreath

Taminwe tells you she wants you to back to Falkreath, this time to meet with an agent of the Orcish intelligence service. Her cover is that she's collecting her bear from Meija, who has been training one for the Bear Riders in the Wrothgarian Mountains.

Orcish Bear Rider

The contact turns out to be the daughter of Gortwog himself. Her mother, Marghak, is Gortwog's consort, rather than wife, as she's a witch, and head of the Orcish Guild of Prostitutes to boot! Although she wouldn't make an acceptable Queen, Gortwog wouldn't have anyone else.

Uzgash gra-Marghak has learned magic and other skills from her mother, and fighting and intrigue from her father, so she's a formidable presence. She dresses like a Bear Rider, too.

Helm of Tiber Septim

She asks if you found the Helm of Tiber Septim when you retrieved the armor for Martin. Since you didn't, it's most likely still in Sance Tor. The Orc adventurers that Gortwog has sent out to collect loot from Tamriel's dungeons have reported finding less magical items recently, and finding dead Altmers in some of the locations. They suspect these elves have been sent out to look for enchanted items by someone. Because they're all strangers, the suspicion is that they came direct from Summerset Isle.

When you go back to Sancre Tor, you'll find a skeletal Blade wandering in the catacombs, wearing the helm. Kill it, and take the helm and the katana it's using.The Cruel Blade is an unenchanted one of higher than usual base damage.

Take the helm to Ocato at the Palace. You won't be able to use the helm. Just like the Amulet of Kings, it will unequip if you try to put it on. Ocato will have Evette, the young daughter of Evangeline Beanique, install it on a pedestal in the Royal Antechamber, and protect it with a lethal trap. You get to follow her all the way up the tower to the floor above the battlemages quarters.

80 Evette Beanique is going to show me where the Helm of Tiber Septim will be put on display.
90 Evette Beanique has installed Tiber Septim's Helm on a pedestal in the Palace. There's a trap that will kill anyone who tries to steal it.
