Wave-Walker is a member of the Blackwood Company who survived the purge during the quest "the Hist", presumably because he was out of town on a contract. His current contract has him guarding the pirate vessel, the Damsel, at Leyawiin docks. He'd rather be sailing her than guarding her, but he'll settle for second best, especially as jobs are scarce these days.
He wears a half set of Blackwood armor, lacking the gaunlets, helm and shield, and carries a leveled shortsword.
Notes
- After the Black and White quest, he is the Captain of the Damsel, which becomes a pirate hunter.
