Ashra is Captain of the Damsel, a pirate vessel moored at Leyawiin docks. She wears a quilted doublet and laced leather pants, tucked into leather boots, a comfortable outfit for shipboard life while still stylish enough to go into town.
The pirates are playing both sides of the conflict between Count Marius Caro and the Black Bow Bandits, smuggling weapons in for one side, and dead Argonian torture victims out for the other.
Notes
- She keeps the main door to her cabin locked, but sometimes forgets the other one.
- On a shelf in her cabin you'll find a guide to Senchal, which suggests where the bows are coming from.
