Prizna is a Dremora woman who has just killed the Kynaz who owned her. She has no name when you meet her, as women in Dremora society are known only as "Rynaz' daughter" or "Kothet's woman" (in her case). You call her Prizna because it fits. She is overwhelmed at having HER OWN NAME! just like a male.
She wants to follow you back into the gate to make sure that Kothet remains dead, as Lord Dagon may restore a Kynaz who has died honorably. She hopes that being killed by a woman doesn't meet that standard. She also will tell you that Kothet was given her as a reward in celebration of the victory at Ganonah, but he has fallen out of favor now that Kvatch has been retaken.
It never occurs to her to wear any clothes. She wasn't expected to do so in Oblivion, and she doesn't have any.
Notes
- Dremora girls are set to work as soon as they show skill at a task, whether it be cooking, smithing, fletching, or something else. Prizna became a "Reward for Valor", presumably because she showed appropriate skills. She points out that she was careful to be given work that she could enjoy.
- She will tell a tale of how another Dremora girl, who was a fletcher, showed such archery skills when testing her arrows, that Lord Dagon made her an archer, although it was rare for a female to be allowed to fight. But even she didn't have her own name.
