Darwen is a Wood Elf who is currently trying to make a living gathering Bear pelts. However she tends to drink away every Septim she earns in Olaf's Tap and Tack. She is quite likely to get drunk enough to dance and sometimes she breaks things and has to pay for them.
On Sundas you can usually find her in the Chapel at Bruma nursing a hangover. Apparently they can heal anything else, but not that, so she's healthy, but hurting.
