Detailed Walkthrough

Taminwe

At the Red Dragon Club, Taminwe send you to talk to Falanu about the Altmer who bought all the Fortify Magicka ingredients from her shop. That's suspicious for an Altmer, who has more Magicka to start with.

Falanu

Falanu points you in the direction of Fort Black Boot, which she'll mark on your map. She warns you about conjurers, too.

Fort Black Boot

Fort Black Boot has had an extra level added for this mod, and you'll have to fight your way through the conjurers and their pets on both levels. Those in the Sepulchre are all male Altmers, including one extra Adept.

Aranxa

There's also a Xivilai down there, but unlike any you've encountered before. She (yes, She) was summoned by the conjurers in a special ceremony intended to make her stay permanent. This involved a scarifice to Molag Bal. Since they killed a woman, they got one in return, and weren't too pleased with the results. She's a Healer, not a Warrior, and useless for their plans.

Aranxa would like to reverse the conjuration, which is possible if you can get the victim's soul back from Oblivion. She opens a portal, and you can go through and track it down. This is like a smaller version of Peryite's quest with only one to retrieve.

Present

When you get back, she's revived Alessia, the conjurers' sacrificial victim, who has found her clothes and put them on. Aranxa offers you a reward of a present for one of your ladies. If you did the quest to recruit Freija (as Champion of the Arena) you can pick a special present for her, or a general one to give to anyone else.

Freija's gift is a scroll of Dispel Immortality that she can use in case she gets too old and frail to carry on, which is her worst nightmare. Aranxa thinks it's possible that she won't age at all, but this will give her the security she needs, and get you two Fame points for delivering it.

For anyone else, you're given a Jeweled Necklace. You can deliver it to any of the staff of the Red Dragon Club, or Tsarrina or Silanu at the farm. (I may add more recipients later.) You get 1 fame point for this option. Talking to Taminwe about the Altmer will have her take the necklace from you if you have it, as she'll assume it's for her. You can also give it to Allesia, whom you just rescued.

If you sell or drop the Necklace without delivering it, you won't get any Fame.

You should take Alessia back to the Tiber Septim Hotel, where she worked as a chambermaid. It's on your way to the Red Dragon club, where you need to talk to Taminwe to complete the quest.

Stage Finishes Quest Journal Entry
10 Taminwe asked me to go and talk to Falanu Hlaalu at her shop in Skingrad. Apparently she's had an unusual customer she wants to tell us about.
20 Falanu told me that the Altmer had left Skingrad in the direction of Fort Black Boot. I should go there and find out what's happening. Falanu thinks she saw conjurers there before.
30 I've just met a very large lady called Aranxa. She's a Xivilai healer that was mistakenly summoned by the conjurers. Since they made a sacrifice to Molag Bal to make the summoning permanent, she's stuck here in Tamriel unless someone can retrieve the soul of the victim. With that she can reverse the ritual, and return where she came from.
40 Aranxa has opened a portal to where she thinks the victim's soul was taken. I should go through and see what I can find.
50 I found a ghostly figure in the Oblivion world. When I touched her, she disappeared. I hope that sent her back to Tamriel.
60 Aranxa is no longer bound to Tamriel. I should speak to her before she leaves.
70 Aranxa gave me a Jeweled Necklace for one of my lady friends. Now I need to decide who deserves it.
80 Arnxa gave me a scroll of Dispel Immortality for Freija. I hope she never needs it, but I know she'll find it very reassuring to have one.
90 (If you give the necklace away)
I hope she likes it.
95 (When you give the scroll to Freija)
I gave Freija the scroll. I have no idea if her immortality will keep her young, and she'll never need it, but neither does she.
99 (If you sell or drop the necklace)
I can't pick a favorite, so this is the best thing to do.
