Cybbi

My first intention for this character was to reproduce Cybelline from the Gweden stories, a tall Altmer in a red velvet dress, with a plunging neckline that attracts Imperials. Since the name was in use, I shortened it, and her too. She's taller than Tiddli, but all the others are taller than her.

Her outfit is the result of starting with Sai Sahan's top, and seeing what would go with it. There's a part of that which won't dye, so white became the theme for everything else. The arm cops were the only ones that reached the straps to make it look like they were actually attached, but it turned out that they sort of matched the hip plates (which at least aren't floaty). The gloves leave the arm strappiness uncovered, retaining the theme.
