Leveque Lazare

Derived from Diablo I's Archbishop Lazarus, he was an NPC in a mod for Skyrim that featured Succubi. And a lot of other boobies. His role was as the necromancer that was creating the Succubi for Clavicus Vile.

When Elsweyr introduced the Necromancer class, I did not immediately create one, but the combination proved irresistable.
